Your mission

In your capacity as manager of the "Jetting" assembly cells and the electrical workshop, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the two teams in order to guarantee the fulfillment of production within the deadlines, quality, and defined priorities.

You

Technician in the field of electricity, electronics, automation or mechanics with a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience, you feel ready to manage and integrate a competent and rigorous team to best meet the expectations of our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the cable laying machine assembly teams and the electrical workshop.
• Organize human resources, plan priorities, monitor performance, train and inform employees.
• Analyze and schedule manufacturing orders according to the priorities of the production plan.
• Manage the workload/capacity of the workshops by anticipating needs and optimizing organization.
• Ensure machine compliance taking into account the evolution of bill of materials.
• Establish and maintain reliable assembly documentation.

Continuous improvement :

• Actively contribute to the improvement of the organization, working methods and workshop performance by proposing technical, organizational and methodological solutions.
• Develop concrete solutions to facilitate assembly, optimize flows and strengthen the versatility of the teams.

Profile sought

• Technical training (CFC or minimum equivalent) in electricity, electronics, automation or mechanics, with industrial experience in assembly/production.
• Ability to supervise a team or experience as a workshop manager.
• Good analytical spirit, sense of organization, planning and priority management.
• Mastery of IT/ERP tools and ability to read diagrams, electrical plans and assembly plans.
• Autonomous, responsible, communicative, unifying profile and comfortable in urgent situations.
