We are looking for our Neuchâtel agency, an: Experienced Property Manager - technical part Your missions: Accompanied by your assistant, you ensure optimal technical maintenance and the enhancement of the buildings/objects under management, in the interest of owners and for the comfort of tenants. To do this, you ensure the following missions: Ensure good communication with your partner, the distribution of the workload, the quality of work, and respect for deadlines, Be the contact person for our tenants and our owners by solving technical issues within the building portfolio, Be the contact person for the concierges, establish their job descriptions, Manage incoming telephone calls and emails, Carry out preliminary, move-in, and move-out inspections, Establish move-out statements following move-out inspections, Guarantee the establishment of work orders, requests for quotes, and the monitoring of their execution, Processing the re-invoicing of works at the expense of tenants and monitoring reimbursement, Manage claims and maintenance contracts, Carry out routine maintenance work and monitor billing, Carry out renovation work for apartments and buildings, Establish technical reports for the buildings, Bring objects into compliance according to the evolution of legislation, Guarantee the processing of invoices (allocation and processing of descriptions), Planning of inspections and annual visits of concierges and buildings, Establishment of correspondence and management of telephone contacts with tenants, concierges, insurance companies, and project owners, Various administrative tasks related to the position. Your profile: You have similar experience in a real estate agency in Switzerland and have a very good knowledge of building technology, You hold a CFC, a commercial maturity, or training in building technology and have ideally completed additional training in real estate (Immotechnique), You know how to manage the follow-up of works and claims, You have a very good sense of contact with customers and a sense of service, You are organized, show initiative, and you like contact with customers and companies, You express yourself perfectly in French, with writing skills, Good knowledge of German would be an asset, You are comfortable with IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of the Quorum software would be a plus.
