Activity

• Careful induction in the company and accompaniment of an experienced service technician in the field
• Getting to know machines, products and operating processes
• Step-by-step takeover of independent service assignments
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machines at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of faults on-site and via remote support
• Technical contact person for customers and ensuring reliable plant operation
• Support of internal assembly and manufacturing
• Requirements
• Basic technical training with EFZ (Polymechaniker, Automatiker, or similar)
• Very good mechanical and good electrotechnical knowledge (reading and understanding diagrams)
• Advantageously knowledge in networks (setting up, configuring networks and integrating devices)
• Experience as a service technician as well as in handling remote tools is an advantage
