Head of Finance ad interim

For our client in the Olten area, we are looking for a Head of Finance ad interim 80-100%, who is responsible for the management and optimization of the finance department and helps shape the company's financial strategy. Due to a sickness-related absence, the position is to be filled temporarily for 4 to 6 months. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the finance department and ensure efficient, transparent financial planning as well as an effective internal control system (IKS)
• You develop and optimize financial guidelines and processes, particularly in the areas of liquidity planning, control and general ledger accounting
• Your main task includes leading the team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Furthermore, you ensure correct general ledger accounting and coordinate internal audits

You offer your new employer:

• You bring a completed degree in finance or economics and several years of experience in a similar leadership role
• You can use English confidently in everyday business
• You are experienced in using SAP S/4 Hana and have sound knowledge in the areas of reporting and accounting
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented way of working particularly characterize you
