Shift Leader Late Shift Reinforcing Steel Department (100%)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 14:00 to 24:00

Your tasks:

• Leadership and organization of the team in the late shift
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Coordination and monitoring of daily orders
• Quality control as well as compliance with safety regulations
• Support of the team in daily operational business
• Contact person for employees as well as internal departments
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area

Your profile:

• Experience in the reinforcing steel industry, metal construction, production or industry
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Assertiveness as well as a motivating leadership style
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Good German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
• Technical flair
