Industrial Support Technician (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in view, we will shortly be looking for Industrial Support Technician (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Ensure maintenance and level 2 support of IT equipment integrated into production means
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computer workstations, business applications, and industrial network infrastructures
• Configure workstations connected to machine tools, workbenches, and measuring devices
• Set up industrial networks necessary for the transfer of machining programs and data exchanges
• Implement and configure network equipment as well as internal communication applications
• Assist suppliers during remote maintenance operations on industrial equipment
• Participate in deployment and evolution projects of IT solutions in an industrial environment

Profile ##

• CFC in IT or equivalent training
• Proven experience in level 2 industrial support
• Good understanding of technical IT, particularly networks, hardware, software, security systems, and automation
• Knowledge of production means and industrial communication protocols
• Experience in participating in projects in an industrial environment
• Certification in IT service management, an asset
• Technical versatility and ability to adapt quickly to various technologies
• Communication ease, team spirit, and strong customer orientation
• Rigor, organizational skills, proactivity, and stress resistance
