In Thun, we are opening our newest pfister branch - and for this, we are looking for a committed team that is there from the start. Use the chance to help shape the new location, build something together, and make the 'Dihei' (home) of our customers in the Berner Oberland even more beautiful.

Your new tasks ###

• Leadership of the directly subordinate department managers and specialist sales staff
• Presence on the sales floor and active work with the employees as well as the customers
• Ongoing feedback discussions, training, and coaching with your employees
• Exhibition planning and setup according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
• Frequency-oriented employee deployment planning
• Further development of the exhibition area for which you are responsible with the help of internal analyses and the ongoing exchange with the branch management and purchasing
• Responsibility for goal achievement in the exhibition area for which you are responsible along defined KPI's
