Your tasks

• You will work on Wednesdays and Thursdays
• Administrative and organizational support for the department heads, nursing experts, and the nursing departments of the maternity department
• Professionally sound provision of telephone information within the defined area of competence
• General secretarial work (keeping minutes, processing telephone inquiries, making appointments, processing mutations).
• Support in holiday duty planning and time accounting (PEP)
• Support in personnel administration (summoning staff in the event of personnel shortages)
• Consideration of intra- and interprofessional workflows and the administrative processes and operational standards specified by the KSA or the organizational unit
• Support in the nursing departments for administrative matters

Your profile

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist or as a Medical Practice Assistant or comparable training
• Strong communication skills and proficient German
• Ability to work in a team, proactive, independent, and responsible work organization
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• High service awareness and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and the complexity of tasks
• Professional appearance as well as loyalty towards supervisors and the employer
