• IT - IT Infrastructure & Operations • Zürich • Contracting • Full-time • 03.08.2026 - 31.12.2026 • Documentation, ECM Your tasks: • Conception and development of modern Enterprise Content Management and document management solutions • Analysis of existing document processes as well as identification of optimization potential in the areas of efficiency, governance and compliance • Design of architectures for document, metadata, authorization and integration models • Development of concepts for document classification, Records Management as well as audit-proof archiving and retention solutions • Design of document-related business processes taking into account regulatory requirements and internal control requirements • Conception of AI-supported document management solutions using modern AI technologies • Conduct of workshops, analysis of requirements and as well as development of sustainable solution concepts together with relevant stakeholders • Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams for the successful implementation of the defined solutions Your profile: • Several years of professional experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Document Management (DMS) • Practical experience with document management solutions in regulated corporate environments, ideally in the financial sector • Sound knowledge of modern DMS/ECM architectures as well as document, metadata, authorization and integration models • Deep understanding of document classification, Records Management as well as audit-proof archiving and retention concepts • Experience in process design and in the optimization of document-related business processes while complying with governance, compliance and control requirements • Knowledge in the environment of AI-supported document management solutions, for example in the areas of semantic search, RAG, vector databases or Large Language Models (LLMs) • Proven experience in the preparation, conduct and moderation of workshops • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high consulting competence and a strong sense of quality • Fluent German skills in spoken and written
