• Independently perform installation work on ventilation systems for new construction and renovation projects
• Precisely measure duct and pipe systems from the ventilation center to the outlet
• Plan and coordinate workflows on the construction site
• Lead the assembly team on-site and support in daily business
• Order material and components from suppliers in a timely manner
• Requirements
• Completed training as a ventilation system builder EFZ or comparable several years of experience in ventilation technology
• Independent and structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in a leadership function is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Driver's license Kat. B as well as good German language skills in speaking and writing
