Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann Tagdienst Winterthur ohne Wochenende

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF, you will take on a responsible role in outpatient care in the Winterthur region in the day service. With a workload of 40 to 100%, you will care for clients independently in their home environment and ensure high-quality Spitex care without weekend services. Entry is possible immediately or by agreement.

• Independent implementation and organization of care assignments in the home environment
• Ensuring high-quality, individual and resource-oriented care
• Professional implementation of medical prescriptions as well as electronic documentation of care processes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, relatives and other specialist offices
• Support and accompaniment of clients in everyday life

This is what you bring

• Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examined nursing professional, health and nursing professional or health and nursing professional, DGKP
• Several years of experience in the Spitex sector is a must
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills in word and writing, other languages an advantage
