Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, AKP, DN I, DNII
• In case of a foreign training qualification, the federal recognition certificate (SRK)
• Joy in dealing with elderly, people in need of care
• Good knowledge of interRAI LTCF and easyDOK is an advantage
• Knowledge of topics such as Palliative Care, dementia and wound management is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing

Your main tasks:

• You check and create working documents in cooperation with the team leader and the area management for nursing and care
• You advise, empower and support the nursing team in complex and challenging nursing situations and conduct regular case discussions
• You work in projects and carry out knowledge transfers in the nursing department
• You take on the professional leadership of the employees in the nursing department in consultation with the team leader and the area management for nursing and care
• You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing and participate in direct care
