SALES & ADVISORY STAFF

You are responsible for the advice and care of the guests. As a competent contact person, you take over the sale of tickets as well as the advice on-site.

What belongs to your everyday tasks:

• Friendly care and advice for guests, whereby you provide competent information and recommend and sell the appropriate products to the guest
• Operation of electronic and technical facilities
• Assistance with various tasks related to mountain railway operations

• Reliable and attentive manner in dealing with guests as well as employees
• Flexible and resilient personality, whereby you succeed in maintaining an overview in hectic situations
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
• Proficient in using various PC programs or existing willingness to learn them
• Willingness for weekend shifts
