Head of Technical Service Right in the middle instead of just being there: You are responsible for the technical service, coordinate processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Due to the retirement of the previous holder of the position, we are looking for a down-to-earth, uncomplicated and empathetic person as Head of Technical Service Directly reporting to the managing director, you ensure the smooth operation of the building technology and environment. You plan, organize and carry out maintenance, repair and maintenance work and coordinate external service providers. As a safety officer, you are responsible for complying with relevant regulations, taking care of safety and alarm systems and conducting fire protection training. You maintain technical facilities and inventory, accompany upcoming construction projects and work closely with the various internal departments. Regular rounds, documentation of work and optimization of operational processes complete your area of responsibility. We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented and flexible person with a completed basic vocational/technical training (EFZ). Ideally, you have a federal certificate of proficiency as a janitor and the SIBE further training. We require good knowledge of relevant safety and labor regulations (EKAS). Your independent, structured way of working, high initiative and organizational talent characterize you.
