Branch Manager: Recruitment Basel

Have you been working successfully in recruitment for several years and would like to take the next step in your career?

SWAG Swiss Work AG has been active in Swiss recruitment for almost 20 years. For our branch in Basel, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who will lead a small team, actively work the market, and successfully develop the branch.

The position is particularly suitable for experienced recruitment consultants or deputy branch managers who are ready to take on more responsibility.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the economic success of the branch
• Leadership and further development of a small team
• Support of existing customers and active new customer acquisition
• Recruitment and placement of candidates in the temporary and permanent placement sectors
• Identifying and utilizing new market opportunities
• Direct exchange with the management and the other branch managers

Your profile

• Several years of experience in recruitment
• Sales talent and enjoyment of customer acquisition
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills; other languages an advantage
