For our client, we are looking for reinforcement for export processing.

You will take care of international goods movements and ensure that orders are processed on time and cleanly. The focus is on ocean freight; at the same time, you will work closely with internal departments, customers, and international business partners. A task for someone who enjoys organizing and has independent control over their processes.

Tasks ###

• processing and coordinating export orders with a focus on ocean freight
• organizing container bookings and international transports
• coordinating goods pickups and delivery dates
• creating and checking export, shipping, and customs documents
• coordinating deliveries with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, and international partners
• monitoring deadlines, transports, and delivery status
• processing inquiries and coordinating changes in ongoing orders

Requirements ###

• completed commercial training as a freight forwarding agent
• professional experience in export processing with a focus on ocean freight
• good knowledge of international transport and export business
• independent and structured way of working

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
