• Ensuring professional, individual care and support of the residents during the late and/or night shift
• Taking responsibility for high quality of care as well as careful and complete documentation
• Independent organization of daily work, prioritization of arising tasks and acting according to the situation
• Trustful cooperation with relatives, the interprofessional team and other specialists as well as active sharing of your professional knowledge

Your plus for the new employer

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF / registered nurse HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage as well as enjoyment in the professional accompaniment of older people
• Responsible, empathetic and independent personality with strong team orientation
• Good IT skills as well as ideally experience with BESA and EasyDok
