The Wohn- und Werkstätte Chraiehof in Lommis, Thurgau, cares for and accompanies adults with a mental impairment aged 18 to 65 years in the residential area, in the daily structure, and during leisure activities. The 25 residential places are distributed among four residential groups in the main building and several separate external apartments in Lommis. In the unpaid day employment, Chraiehof offers employment in the following areas: kitchen, housekeeping, creative studio, facility management, industry, herb garden, animal husbandry, and in our vegetable garden managed according to Demeter guidelines. As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are now looking for YOU, with an employment rate of 80%. Specialist in Care (FABE) / Specialist in Healthcare (FAGE) or related professions, 80% In this role, as a reference person, you will take on the comprehensive care of the residents. Your main tasks: • You act as a specialist in the comprehensive task as a reference person in care within the residential home and in the external shared apartments. • Provision and controlled dispensing of medication. • Agogic support of the residents in everyday life. • As a reference person, you network the specialists and the relatives of the residents as needed. • You are jointly responsible for the flawless documentation of the residents with "RedLine" for successful IBB-rating. • You organize and carry out holiday camps and excursions with our residents. • You represent your colleagues as a reference person in their absence. Your profile: • Qualification as a specialist FAGE/FABE or related training is mandatory. • Ideally, you have experience in social psychiatry or even bring training in this direction (e.g., social pedagogue, nurse). • Ideal age: 25 to 45 years, but not mandatory. • You communicate transparently, appreciatively, and clearly. • Very good oral and written expression in German. • You like people and are a "cheerful nature". • You organize without stress and use MS-Office naturally. • You hold a valid driving license for Cat. B (car). • Willingness to work irregular hours (Mon. to Fri. between 07:30 and 20:00 / Sat. 09:00 to 14:00 / Sun. between 09:00 and 18:00). No night work. • Willingness for telephone on-call service outside of working hours.
