In order to strengthen our nursery team, we are looking for passionate horticulturists, enamored with the beauty of plants, who love to share their knowledge and assist customers at the heart of our garden center.

Your missions:

• Welcome, advise, and assist our customers in the choice of plants and complementary items
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of plants: watering, pruning, care, and presentation
• Manage customer orders as well as the monitoring and organization of stocks
• Actively contribute to the convivial atmosphere and the attractiveness of the nursery
• Share your knowledge and transmit your passion for plants to our customers

Your profile:

• CFC as a horticulturist, nurseryman or equivalent training
• Excellent knowledge of plants and genuine interest in the horticultural field
• Experience in a garden center, nursery or in sales is an asset
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Sense of service, ease in contact and pleasure in advising customers
• Team spirit and desire to contribute actively to the life of the nursery

Job conditions:

• Fixed-term contracts
• Occupation rate of 100 %
• Start date from 1 February 2027 or by agreement
• Location: Gland (VD)
• Work on Saturdays, as well as during special openings (Sundays and public holidays)
