Your mission

Do you want to put your Payroll expertise at the service of an operational HR function close to the business? Join SPIE MTS SA in French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to the smooth running of our People & Culture activities.

• Complete payroll management: you ensure the entire Payroll process for approximately 250 employees, with different CCTs, from preparation to final control, in compliance with deadlines and legal requirements
• Social insurance and absences: you manage the monitoring of social insurance, funds and absences, in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Transversal collaboration: You are part of the Swiss Payroll & HR Operations team, with a functional reporting line to the Lead HR Systems & Services, and collaborate closely with the other SPIE Suisse entities.
• HR Operations and support to business partnering: you take charge of administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle and contribute to providing a quality HR service. You support the Head of People & Culture in operational activities and the monitoring of team needs.
• HR Projects: depending on priorities, you participate in initiatives for digitalization, standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in Payroll in Switzerland and very good knowledge of social insurance
• Experience in the electrotechnical, building and collective agreements sectors is an important asset
• You are comfortable with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel and digital tools
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a strong sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork, communicate openly and know how to maintain good relationships with different interlocutors
• You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of German or English
• The main place of work is Bussigny, with occasional travel to Berne and Geneva
