Our client amitola is a non-profit institution in Neuendorf (SO) ( ). Over 40 employees are committed to children and adolescents between the ages of 0 – 18 years. For the founder and long-standing head of institution, we are looking for a head of institution in the sense of a succession arrangement.

Your future function and role

As head of institution, you will assume overall responsibility for the institution of amitola.

• Overall responsibility for the institution in close cooperation with the Psychological Management
• Management of administration (HR / Finance / Fundraising) and facility services (Kitchen / Caretaker / Cleaning)
• Coordination of training and quality
• Contact person for authorities, specialist agencies, and other partners
• Ensuring further development and quality standards

For this demanding task, you have a pedagogical / socio-pedagogical background and ideally a completed training as an eidg. Dipl. Heimleiter:in. Children and adolescents are of special importance to you.

• Basic pedagogical training and further training as a pedagogical group or institution leader
• Experience in working with children and adolescents
• Pronounced organizational and business management knowledge
• Entrepreneurial and networked thinking
• Perfect German skills
• High level of personal responsibility, team and decision-making skills
• You are warm-hearted, empathetic, and very reliable
