We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the Stadt Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to work with us to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for approximately 40’500 residents in the Stadt Uster and the Gemeinde Mönchaltorf.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, domestic help and care, as well as the Spitex-Shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Ausbildungskooperation Gesundheitsmeile Uster. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can remain in their accustomed environment or return home earlier after an inpatient stay.

Your main tasks
Implementation of the nursing process and close cooperation with the case managers
Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
Accompanying and guiding apprentices during their training process
Electronic documentation of services and observations
Interdisciplinary cooperation
What you bring with you
Completed EFZ training as FaGe
Enjoyment of the care and support of our clients as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
Good oral and written German skills
Optional own car (mileage compensation by Spitex) or driving license category B, alternatively E-Bikes are available
