You ensure food safety and compliance with all legal and certificate-specific requirements. You keep the HACCP system up to date and manage the working groups for Food Fraud and Food Defense. You coordinate and accompany authority, bio and FSSC-22000 audits and represent the quality interests as a competent representative in the crisis team You network quality requirements with production, technology, development and other internal interfaces. Requirements profile You have a completed degree in food engineering FH/ETH, BSc/MSc in food technology / science You have several years of solid experience in quality management, including management experience and in-depth HACCP knowledge You are familiar with food law and work in a structured, prioritized and solution-oriented manner.
