A small real estate company, which is based in the Dübendorf region, is looking for an experienced and reliable Real Estate Manager with commercial experience ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of residential and commercial properties • Apartment inspections and handovers • Negotiating and drafting lease agreements yourself • Lease amendments and rent adjustments • Independently carrying out smaller construction projects • Preparation of heating and service charge statements • Correspondence and communication with various stakeholders Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training • Further training as an Eidg. dipl.
