What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments is an advantage
• Joy in solution-oriented and structured work (e.g. participation management)
• Openness to flexible working hours
• An appreciative, resource-oriented approach to people is natural to you
• You think in networks, are resilient, have strong communication skills and act responsibly
• A driver's license is an advantage
