Specialist in Facility Management / Caretaker / Gardener 80-100%

Bernet Hauswartung GmbH is a reliable, motivated and dynamic company based in Wangen SZ.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist in Facility Management / Caretaker / Gardener 80-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks include:

• Care and maintenance of properties
• Cleaning of stairwells
• various cleaning works
• Inspection of technical systems
• Cleaning and care of the surroundings
• Maintenance work on walkways and playgrounds
• Care and maintenance of lawns, flower beds, slopes, hedges, shrubs and trees
• Winter service

Our requirements:

• Training as a Specialist in Facility Management or Gardener EFZ
• Enjoyment in dealing with employees and customers
• Age: between 18 to 40 years
• good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license B required and BE is an advantage
• independent and reliable way of working
• clean and well-groomed appearance
