To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist who will shape the future together with us.
Your tasks
Management of financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting for our company and its subsidiaries
Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to accounting standards
Management of VAT returns and expense management
Administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations
Preparation of reports and analyses for the management
Support in controlling and liquidity planning
Cooperation with internal and external partners, such as auditors and tax advisors
Further development of processes and workflows in financial accounting
Your profile
Completed commercial training with further training in the field of accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting) or a completed degree in the field of Controlling/Accounting
Professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment
Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax law
Confident use of accounting software (SAP & Abacus) and MS Office, especially Excel
Analytical thinking skills, structured way of working, and high affinity for numbers
Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and initiative as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various internal stakeholders (management, sales, production)
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English and Italian skills are an advantage
