Job description ##

• Ensure the operational leadership of the Product Management team, coordinate its activities, and support Product Managers in their daily tasks;
• Drive the Watch projects portfolio, ensure a global vision of its progress, and guarantee proper management of priorities;
• Support and challenge Product Managers in the development of their products, from project definition to industrialization;
• Identify and anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and coordinate the actions necessary for their resolution;
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of Product Management reporting for the Head of Product and the Product Committee;
• Maintain and develop a high level of operational excellence within Product Management through processes, tools, working methods, and monitoring standards;
• Represent Product Management and ensure close collaboration with the Technical Office, Industrialization, Quality, and the Supply Chain;
• Actively participate in various coordination bodies related to product development: monitoring of approvals, industrial submissions, quality monitoring, industrialization, and other key milestones;
• Supervise, support, and develop Product Managers, foster their autonomy, and contribute to a demanding, collaborative, and results-oriented team dynamic.

Profile ##

• Proven experience in Product Management and product development, ideally in a demanding industrial environment;
• Degree from a high school of management, engineering, or training deemed equivalent;
• Good understanding of product development and industrialization processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Natural leadership, with the ability to support, challenge, develop, and unite a team;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, allowing for a global vision while remaining close to operational issues;
• Strong capacity for analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making;
• Comfortable in a demanding and high-pressure environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact both with operational teams and with governance bodies;
• Sense of responsibility, spirit of initiative, and strong orientation towards execution and results.

Languages ##

• Perfect mastery of French and English;
• German is an asset.
