Cook

For our mountain restaurant self-service restaurant Üflänge, we are looking for a cook (m/f) with 100% EFZ or equivalent professional experience from early December 2026 to late March 2027 in a seasonal position. Your tasks: • Independent management of your own station - Daily mise en place work - Care and sense of responsibility (e.g. when working hygienically in the kitchen, when complying with food law regulations) • Daily cleaning work in the kitchen • Compliance with quality standards • In cooperation with a colleague or also when relieving, independent management of the kitchen. Responsibility for inventory control and timely ordering of necessary food and materials. You are/have: - Completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent training) or several years of corresponding professional experience - Independent way of working - Eye for detail - Calm in hectic times and keeps an overview - Team spirit.
