Our client is a leading recycling company with various locations in Switzerland. With its unique technology worldwide, you recover valuable metals and minerals from incineration slag that would otherwise simply end up in the landfill. In doing so, you save tons of CO2 and protect our environment.

Job Description ##

• Shift Leadership: You lead the shift, coordinate the team, and lend a hand wherever necessary.
• Plant Control: You operate and control our modern processing plant directly on-site and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintenance & Servicing: You carry out service and maintenance work on the plant independently to ensure everything runs perfectly technically.
• Logistics: You maintain an overview of deliveries and removals and ensure the correct handling of the recovered recyclables.
• Co-design: As a pioneer in the first plant, you pass on your practical experience to make our future locations even better.
• Working Model: You work in a 3-shift operation.

• Experience: You bring several years of professional experience from industry, ideally from the areas of recycling, gravel processing, or production.
• Leadership Competence: Leading the employees within your shift is central to you; you already have corresponding leadership experience and can motivate a team.
• Craft & Technology: You are manually skilled and are characterized by your technical understanding and your sure hand with machines.
• Personality: You are absolutely reliable, maintain respectful interaction, and have the courage to address problems openly and directly.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and clearly in German.
