Project Manager New Construction GU/TU

Responsibility for the operational management of new construction projects in a general contractor/total contractor environment, from tender to commissioning.

Tasks

• Achieving economic project goals while adhering to quality, deadlines, and costs
• Operational and independent management of new construction projects
• Cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and tenants
• Coordination of specialist planners and ensuring the overall coordination of planning
• Further training of the site managers in the team
• Maintaining an open communication culture and clean documentation

Profile

• Completed training as a Project Manager, Technician TS, Architect, or Civil Engineer
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager of new construction or renovation projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Functional leadership of up to five site managers
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Familiarity with the general contractor environment
