For an established nursing institution in Basel, we are looking for a committed nursing specialist HF with a passion for vocational training and the promotion of young talent. In this versatile role, you will accompany aspiring nursing specialists on their training path and actively contribute to the further development of a modern learning and training culture.

A responsible task with a lot of creative freedom, regular working hours predominantly from Monday to Friday, and the opportunity to actively shape the future of nursing await you. You will work in an appreciative environment, benefit from short decision-making paths, and take on an important role within the management team.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• SVEB 2 certificate or comparable pedagogical further training
• Joy in vocational training, pedagogy, and learning support
• Strong communication skills as well as an empathetic personality
• Structured and responsible way of working
• High quality awareness and interest in development processes
• Willingness to take on responsibility and pass on knowledge
• Joy in working with young people and promoting future nursing specialists

Tasks ##

• Accompanying and promoting apprentices and students in the nursing field
• Ensuring high-quality training
• Supporting and advising vocational trainers
• Further development and design of a positive learning culture
• Cooperation with educational institutions, authorities, and external specialist agencies
• Participation in quality and development projects
• Promotion of professional, social, and personal competencies of the trainees
• Shifts predominantly from Monday to Friday
• Cooperation as a member of the management
