Emergency Call Employee on an hourly basis

Your tasks

• You advise interested parties and customers about the emergency call offers and emergency call devices offered by the SRK on site
• You install the emergency call devices at the customer's location
• You work from home and at the customers', however in close cooperation with the employees from the Rotkreuz Notruf office in Biel
• You independently coordinate your customer appointments, which you can set freely
• You will occasionally be called out to promptly resolve malfunctions of the emergency call devices at the customer's location.

Your profile

• You are an outgoing personality with high social competence and enjoy working with older people
• You have a technical understanding of communication technology devices and bring ICT user knowledge
• You are reliable, trustworthy and independent
• You are mobile, have your own car and a Category B driver's license
• You possess good German and French skills in speaking & writing
• You are flexible in terms of time
• This position is well suited for early retirees or as an activity alongside family care
