Your tasks

• You support the young people in developing a socially acceptable future perspective
• You accompany the young people in everyday life and in key person work
• You ensure the social pedagogical documentation of the young people
• You design the cooperation with the young people to be transparent and participatory
• intensive interdisciplinary cooperation internally and with referring authorities

Your profile

• You have a degree in social pedagogy / social work (FH/HFS, or with equivalence confirmation)
• You have an initiative and resilient personality
• You seek the demanding clientele of a residential setting (incl. on-call service)
• Driver's license of cat. B (passenger cars)
