Polymechaniker (m/f) – Wire EDM / Sinker EDM This is your workplace Focus: Precise manufacturing of complex tools, small series and prototypes. Environment: Modern machine park with a focus on technological further development. Culture: Collegial team, flat hierarchies and structured induction. Your main tasks Programming & Setup: Independent programming, setup and operation of modern wire and sinker EDM machines (Agie Charmilles, newly United Grinding) Manufacturing: Production of high-precision individual parts and small series according to drawing. Quality control: Independent checking of the manufactured workpieces using common measuring tools (incl. documentation). Maintenance: Care and maintenance of the assigned EDM machines. Your profile Training: Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacher or a comparable technical basic education. Experience: Sound professional experience in electrical discharge machining (wire and/or sinker EDM). Software skills: Experience in CAM programming (Peps) is a big plus. Way of working: Exact, quality-conscious and independent way of working with strong technical understanding.
