What awaits you: In this exciting role, you will ensure that air freight shipments find their way to their destination smoothly and on time. You are the central interface between customers, airlines, and partners – and you maintain control over both the overview and the details. Your tasks: Independent processing and organization of international air freight shipments Creation of all relevant shipping and customs documents Communication with customers, airlines, and partners worldwide Proactive monitoring of shipments – you recognize problems before they arise Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards Close cooperation with internal teams for a seamless process Maintenance of shipment and cost data in the system Contact person for customers regarding questions about their air freight shipments What you bring with you: Completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services Professional experience in air freight processing desirable Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing (absolutely required) Customer-oriented thinking and a confident manner Flexibility, team spirit, and a structured way of working Other language skills?
