In this role, you will take responsibility for versatile maintenance projects in an exciting catchment area -- from Dietikon to the left shore of Lake Zurich. You will manage your projects independently from planning to implementation, coordinate different stakeholders, and ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are correct. Your tasks * You plan and organize our civil engineering and road maintenance projects from beginning to end. * You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality and keep an eye on your projects across all phases. * You coordinate planners, companies, and other project participants and ensure a smooth project process. * You represent the interests of the Canton towards municipalities, authorities, companies, and other stakeholders. * You ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications and ensure traceable project documentation. Your profile * You have training as a civil engineer (FH/ETH), construction manager, or a comparable technical training and bring sound practical experience in civil engineering or road construction. * You organize and plan proactively and lead your projects independently to success. * You think economically, set priorities, and find viable solutions even when there are differing interests. * You appear confidently towards various stakeholders and communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group. * You work in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in demanding project situations.
