At the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Schüpfheim, you will take responsibility for the Boarding School department and actively shape its future. Your tasks As Head of Department, you will take over the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the boarding school for children and adolescents and continuously develop the area together with the Department Management and the Head of Department School in participatory cooperation. You will support and empower committed group leaders and their teams in their daily work and promote appreciative, solution-oriented cooperation. You will ensure the quality of support for our children and adolescents and be responsible for central processes such as support planning, work with parents and authorities, as well as case management and crisis interventions. You will manage operational processes, resources, and budgets proactively and ensure the implementation of strategic and operational goals. With your participation in projects, concept work, and the extended management team, you will contribute to the further development of the HPZS and successful interdisciplinary cooperation. Your profile Training as a Social Pedagogue, Special Educator (FH/HF), or Care Professional with corresponding additional training forms the basis for this responsible function. Ideally, you already have leadership training or corresponding leadership experience as well as several years of practical experience in the socio-pedagogical environment. You impress with a reflective leadership personality, organizational talent, assertiveness, and the ability to support, promote, and inspire employees towards common goals. A networked way of thinking, high social competence, and the willingness to reflect on your own actions enable you to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
