Fiduciary Clerk / Taxes (m/f/d) 100%

Introduction

Do you want to purposefully use your expertise in fiduciary and tax matters and develop further in a structured, modern environment? In this position, you will take on a responsible role in the management of demanding mandates and actively support tax and accounting queries. A varied task with a long-term perspective awaits you.

Tasks

• Management of financial accounting for various mandates
• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes including payment transactions and dunning management
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements according to OR
• Management of payroll accounting including social security and personnel administration
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Administrative and technical support for the mandate managers

Profile

• Commercial basic training, ideally in fiduciary services
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary and tax environment
• Proficient German language skills at C2 level
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Abacus and Dr. Tax
• Independent, exact and structured way of working
• Resilient personality with a strong flair for numbers
