With your flair, you create, together with your motivated team, the ultimate shopping experience in your store. You are responsible for the success of your store and know how to increase sales every quarter. You prepare carefully every day for the morning meeting with the employees in order to prepare your team in an optimal way for the new working day, where everyone gives their best and is always one step ahead of the competition - from the current collection to the latest service tips. What you bring in addition: • Completed training in retail or higher education. • 2 to 4 years of experience as a manager in a customer-oriented environment, such as retail, hospitality and catering, tourism or event management. • The motivation and inspiration of employees is in your blood; you represent our brand externally and are a role model for the assistant store manager and all sales staff. • You always think one step ahead and turn good ideas into concrete plans for the future. • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills as well as a strong ability to persuade.   WE WORK FOR YOU ## You are there every day for our customers and we make sure that you become the best version of yourself.
