Are you looking for a concrete, useful and varied job within a human-sized institution?
The Maison de Vie DEFI (Dispositif Éducatif à Forte Intensité), located in Boudry, is recruiting female and male collaborators to strengthen its housekeeping team.
Our Foundation supports about forty people with an intellectual disability, sometimes associated with autism spectrum disorders or challenging behaviors. To guarantee their well-being and that of the teams, it is essential that the living spaces remain clean, functional and soothing. Your role is key to maintaining this secure environment.
Your missions
On a daily basis, you ensure the quality of the living environment. Your main tasks include:
Ensuring the daily maintenance of common areas and accommodation.
Garanteeing hygiene conditions in accordance with institutional requirements.
Adapting to the immediate needs of the field according to unforeseen situations.
Collaborating closely with the educational teams on site.
Using maintenance equipment and products in a responsible and efficient manner.
Actively contributing to the comfort of the people being supported and the female and male collaborators.
Your profile
Confirmed experience in premises maintenance, ideally in an institution.
Ease in human contact and respect for people with disabilities.
Ability to adapt and autonomy in task management.
Team spirit, sense of mutual aid and constructive communication.

25 days of vacation (30 days from 50 years old, 35 days from 60 years old).
The position is mainly based in Boudry, with regular travel planned to the Lignières site. It is mainly exercised during morning time slots.
This is a 50% job, with the possibility of performing overtime hours related to replacements, depending on your availability and your wishes.
