Apprenticeship as ICT Specialist EFZ (2027) As an ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for the support and advice of our customers regarding the topic of web hosting. Together with your colleagues from technical support, you will support and advise them in all technical matters, identifying their needs via telephone, e-mail, chat, as well as when they visit us in person in Rapperswil. We want you to be able to fill your backpack with valuable IT know-how in the best possible way. So that you experience informatics at Hostpoint in all its facets, you will pitch in everywhere: you solve complex cases in 2nd-level support, track down hackers in the Abuse Team, and keep our infrastructure running in the Systems Operations Team. You are a cheerful, open, and conscientious personality who enjoys working in a team. You speak German at a business level and have good English skills; French and/or Italian skills are a plus. You have a high willingness to learn and are motivated to face new tasks with perseverance. You bring good academic performance.
