Zollikofen BE (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Design of the enterprise core platform: take responsibility for a critical, high-availability Windows Server & Active Directory infrastructure, an essential element of our IT system • Platform and tooling integration: manage the operation and seamless integration of critical workaround systems into our Windows environments • Automation-oriented approach: using Powershell and toolsets, automate the entire process, from deployment to monitoring and configuration management • Security and hardening: implement tiering models, apply the principle of least privilege, and proactively strengthen the security of our Microsoft platform • Freedom of action: evaluate new technologies, design resilient architectures, and deploy them effectively, going beyond the management of existing systems <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Foundation: training in computer science (CFC/ES/HES/university) or equivalent qualification accompanied by practical experience and technical knowledge • Heading into the depths: proven practical experience in defense in depth (Active Directory, Windows Server and, ideally, privileged access management) • << code >> goal: passion for automation, with the ambition not to limit oneself to << click administration >> • Security priority: understanding of the risks to which local infrastructures are exposed, interest in locking down systems using the latest best practices • Initiative and motivation: autonomous and structured work; proactive personality who identifies new potential and brings ideas to the team • Communication talent: active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Are you passionate about integrating new technologies and operating high-availability systems?
