Main tasks
Overall responsibility for the real estate portfolio in West Switzerland with a focus in Lausanne
Portfolio management regarding performance, business plans, investments etc.
Owner representation towards internal and external stakeholders
Management of external service providers
Collaboration in the further development of processes and instruments in portfolio management
Requirement profile
University-level degree (University or Fachhochschule) in business administration, real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or finance
Many years of professional experience in portfolio management, asset management or real estate investment management including development and implementation of portfolio and property strategies
Good understanding of real estate valuation
Experience with investment, development and transaction processes
Sound knowledge of the West Swiss real estate market
Competent, convincing personality with high presence as well as high communication competence across language regions (French, German)
