Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicatessen are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Do you want to become part of our team? Tasks

• Prepare and provide mise en place
• Active collaboration in the hot and cold kitchen
• Flawless production of kitchen products according to communicated daily demand while adhering to current processes
• Adherence to recipes and ensuring quality
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
• Various tidying and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Professional experience as an assistant cook
• Experience in the event and banquet sector is an advantage
• Clean and efficient way of working
• Enjoyment of structured processes
• Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday duties
• German language skills at A2 level, English language skills are an advantage
