HR Assistant (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for an HR Assistant (M/F)

Your mission ##

As a true HR administrative partner, you will ensure the operational management of human resources throughout the employee journey, from integration to departure.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage all HR administrative processes related to the employee life cycle (entry, internal mobility, contractual modifications, and exit).
• Ensure the monitoring and coordination of relations with external partners and providers (insurances, authorities, training organizations, etc.).
• Actively participate in the organization, planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes to guarantee their efficiency and compliance.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to training activities, skills development, and various HR projects.
• Prepare, control, and update contractual documents, administrative files, and regulatory documents.
• Produce and ensure the follow-up of HR reporting intended for various internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile ##

• Higher education or certification in the field of Human Resources.
• Proven experience in an HR administrative function, ideally within an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Very good command of office tools (MS Office) and HR information systems; knowledge of SAP HR is a real asset.
• Developed sense of organization, rigor, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and attention to detail.
• Absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service spirit, with a capacity to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors.
