Specialist Site Manager HLKS

You will take over the technical site management in the HLKS area and coordinate the cooperation between the project team, executing companies, and suppliers.

Tasks

• Management of the construction management for the HLKS specialist areas
• Responsibility for constructability, prefabrication, and costs together with the project management
• Specialist site management and QA management
• Link between the project team and executing companies as well as suppliers
• Design of the interdisciplinary cooperation

Profile

• Basic training in an HLKSE specialist area
• Knowledge in construction project management and coordination
• Familiarity with common construction law regulations
• Openness towards innovations and flexibility in a changing environment

• Workload 80-100%
