Helvetic Payroll is pursuing its development and strengthening its sales team.

We are looking for a Business Developer specialized in Payrolling, reporting to our Sales Director & Deputy CEO, to accelerate our growth in Suisse romande.

Your mission:

To be at the heart of our Payrolling development strategy and promote our solutions to strategic clients.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and clients to generate new opportunities;
• Collaborate closely with our KAM and our team based in Zurich;
• Be the preferred interlocutor on all matters related to payrolling;
• Participate in HR events and think tanks around the Future of Work;
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key market players.

Your profile:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience, ideally in a consulting firm or in recruitment;
• Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities;
• Taste for negotiation and appetite for business development;
• Fluent French & English (German is a plus)
