Exciting tasks await: You lead digital transformation projects and participate in other projects. You analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. You gather requirements and develop concepts, workflows, and digital services. You evaluate new technologies, systems, and automation possibilities. You support specialist applications, websites of the Canton as well as SharePoint and work closely with IT support and the affected specialist departments.

What you bring with you: You have a degree at FH level or comparable in the field of informatics (business informatics, digital business or related areas). You bring several years of experience in digitalization, process or project management, and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate or Flowable) and MS 365 applications are very familiar to you. You convince with strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of IT-supported business processes. You work independently, structured, and result-oriented and reliably bring ideas into implementation.

Your working environment: The Departement Volkswirtschaft und Inneres fulfills important tasks of the police, law enforcement, penal system, migration and integration, municipal supervision and economy with its ten departments and over 2-400 employees. The Generalsekretariat provides the central services for the Departement and is the interface to the overall administration. At the Strassenverkehrsamt, we are committed to road safety and environmental protection. We provide diverse services for the testing and licensing of persons, vehicles and ships. As a Business Developer, you connect processes, technology, data and people. You recognize optimization potential, develop innovative solutions and accompany their implementation from the first idea to the introduction. In doing so, you work closely with the specialist departments, IT, external partners and management.
