IT Supporter

What does the function involve?

• Processing of IT support requests including independent error analysis and troubleshooting of software and hardware problems
• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software on the client side
• Administration of user accounts, permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD and M365, including SSO and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Organization and implementation of training sessions for employees and other stakeholders
• Creation of documentation (user guides, FAQ, etc.)
• Ensuring an efficient flow of communication with internal and external bodies

What do you bring with you?

• Completed training as an Informatiker:in EFZ or at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT or support sector
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Customer-oriented way of thinking and working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Very good German skills
